Recommended dosage
Mix 1 serving (25 g) with 250 ml of cold water or skim milk and shake well.
You take 1 serving daily:
On training days consume 1 serving immediately after training.
On days when you are not training, take a portion immediately after awakening.
To achieve your fitness goals, you can complete your daily protein intake to reach 2.2 g of protein per kilo of body weight.
