Mix one scoop (7g/serving) of BCAA powder with 200-250ml of water, juice or beverage of your choice. Take 1-2 servings daily preferably between meals or as directed by a healthcare professional.
For muscle health and athletic performance use 1 scoop 30-45 minutes before and/or 1 scoop immediately after training. On rest days, use 1 scoop in the morning.
